If you need Remote support (our support staff accessing your computer Desktop remotely),
you will need to download and install TeamViewer.

Download TeamViewer

You may need to click the yellow bar at the top of the browser window to allow the download.

Click Run or Open to start the download, then click Run or Open again to install.
